Career

Agnieszka is focused mainly on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and insurance law. She also has significant experience in telecommunications. She became Partner, Director for Poland in 2016.

Due to her extensive experience and knowledge of the mergers and acquisitions practice area, Agnieszka became the Leader of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS in 2016. Agnieszka has supervised numerous M&A projects regarding Polish and foreign enterprises and she advises on various corporate issues, including purchase of shares, negotiations, due diligence, private transactions, acquisitions of minority interests, disposal and corporate restructurings. She has provided legal advisory services to many of our significant clients, i.e., Assisi Pet Care, Renault Retail Group, Vandemoortele Polska sp. z o.o., a French market leader in the field of ophthalmic products, and a major Danish footwear group.

Prior to joining the firm, Agnieszka worked for the Polish office of Allen & Overy focusing on comprehensive aspects of mergers and acquisitions projects at all stages.
