Pavla has been a member of the team since the creation of the firm and became Partner in 2001.

In April 2020, she was elected the Chair of the ILN (the International Lawyers Network), an international association of independent law firms, where she has been the firm’s ambassador since 2003, and served on its Board of Directors between 2007 and 2015.

Pavla has been an active member of the International Bar Association since 2015, was the council member for the Czech Republic and now is the Chair of the Diversity&Inclusion group within the IBA European Region Forum.

Pavla has twice been marked among the leading representatives of Czech law in the Top 100 Women in Czech Legal Business, which was compiled as part of the PRVNICH100LET project.

She is a member of the Czech Association for the Real Estate Market and has been cooperating with the World Bank on the Doing Business publication for a number of years.

Experienced predominantly in the areas of corporate/M&A, real estate, and insolvency and restructuring, Pavla assists clients (including start-ups) on a broad range of business law matters in respect of the Czech market as well as for the markets within the CEE region. She has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions including several jurisdictions either in the role of local-opinion provider or global coordinator. Pavla was also involved in major greenfield projects for automotive suppliers, and acquisitions and sales of industrial sites, and railroad operators. She has also advised on a number of real estate development projects for administrative buildings and hotels in Prague.
