Partner, Leader of Litigation and Insolvency

Jiří has been with the firm since the establishment of the firm and became a Partner in 2001.

Jiří focuses mainly on litigation and arbitration. He regularly represents market leaders.

Currently, he is the Leader of the Litigation and Insolvency practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS. In his litigation and arbitration practice, Jiří has represented clients operating in a wide range of sectors, such as banking, construction, machinery, automotive, professional services, and luxury and retail.

In banking and finance matters, Jiří has represented several Czech banks in a number of cases including litigation related to defaulting export loans in Russia, Ukraine, and Slovakia.
