Before joining PETERKA & PARTNERS in 2010, Cosmina-Romelia Aron cooperated with the Bucharest offices of Gide Loyrette Nouel, Firon Bar- Nir (Europe) LTD and coordinated the Bucharest office of Jinga si Asociatii SCA. She was appointed Partner and Director of PETERKA & PARTNERS Bucharest office in October 2012.

She has vast experience in several practice areas, e.g.: commercial law, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, employment, real estate, construction and development, leasing, taxation and insolvency.

In PETERKA & PARTNERS, she is assisting a wide array of leading international companies active in different business sectors, with various operations (including multi-jurisdictional M&A operations) as well as on various day-to-day legal matters. Cosmina is a member of antitrust & competition, real estate, private equity, retail& luxury practice groups.

She is also belonging to the global French Desk of PETERKA & PARTNERS.
