Dan has significant transactional experience advising a broad range of businesses in the field of real estate, construction and real estate development financing, mergers and acquisitions, competition, intellectual property, energy and contract law. He takes the time to truly involve clients and incorporate their goals, concerns, values, and feedback.

Dan is the Leader of the Energy practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS.

Dan is also a member of the Romanian Chapter of the Executive Committee of the European Court of Arbitration and a member of the Romanian Arbitration Institute, where he focuses on domestic and international arbitration, both ad hoc and institutional, involving disputes in energy, construction, international distribution and joint ventures, and foreign investment.

Dan is a Romanian fellow of the Marshall Memorial Fellowship leadership development programme of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, which is committed to transatlantic engagement.
