Gabriela specializes in civil law, corporate law, labour law and data protection. She belongs to the firm's practices devoted to corporate law and data protection, and mainly provides advice to clients active in the field of pharma and life sciences and transportation and logistics.

She has provided assistance on corporate matters to various clients, being involved in company sets-ups, share capital increases/decreases, changes of directors, and share assignments. In addition, she takes a special interest in labour law, and providing advice to local employers in this field (with a focus on drafting labour agreements and termination of employment).

Gabriela is also a sworn translator for English and French.
