Leader of Labour Law, Senior Associate

Kristina is a well-experienced senior attorney-at-law with more than 14 years of legal practice and she leads the Labour Law practice group at PETERKA & PARTNERS. She has exceptional knowledge in labour law, focusing on collective bargaining with trade unions, issues connected with the automatic transfer of employees, restructuring and collective redundancies, immigration and posting of employees, but also in a general advice on the day-to-day business of our clients. Due to her experience with embedding, she has developed a deep knowledge of HR challenges in the (automotive) industry sector and her advice is aimed at finding practical solutions for the client while being completely in line with the legal requirements.

She is also active in the French-Slovak Chamber of Commerce, especially through lecturing on important changes to labour law and hot topics in employment, including regular business breakfasts.
