Michal is highly accomplished professional specializing in Cybersecurity and AI in the European context, including ISO27001 compliance. With his strong background in IT law, criminal law, and data protection, Michal provides clients with complex legal advice and innovative strategies tailored to the modern digital landscape.

He is a member of the ISACA Slovakia Chapter and the Slovak Bar Association's working group for the electronisation of advocacy.

Michal is a certified Cyber Security Manager registered in the list maintained by the Cyber Security Competence and Certification Centre (No. MKB/035/O-024). As an external collaborator, he teaches at the Institute of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. He works as an external lawyer at the Government Computer Security Incident Response Team Slovakia (CSIRT.SK).

Author of several professional articles in the above mentioned domains, he regularly speaks at professional and scientific conferences focusing on cyber security. He is co-author of the university textbook Law and Artificial Intelligence.
