Kristina is a senior attorney-at-law with more than 20 years of legal practice and she leads the Compliance & Regulatory practice group at PETERKA & PARTNERS. She focuses on legal advisory in the areas of labour law, including complex set-up of employment documentation, creating various internal regulations including whistleblowing, posting of employees, commercial law, personal data protection, real estate, and compliance and regulatory matters. She has vast experience in the regional coordination of legal services and frequently cooperates with foreign law offices.
