Ben Filmer is an experienced corporate solicitor advising individuals and businesses on a broad range of transactional and non-transactional matters.
Ben undertakes a wide variety of corporate work, including share and asset acquisitions and sales, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.
He acts for a varied client base including large corporate entities, individual shareholders, and management teams. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including technology, manufacturing and retail.
Ben takes a pragmatic solutions-based approach; seeking to find the best commercial solutions for his clients and helping them to achieve their aims.
