Position
Ellis is a partner in the Real Estate team with extensive expertise across the investment, retail, leisure, and petroleum sectors. He is developing a specialism in Off-Shore investment fund investment in UK renewables assets.
Ellis specializes in investment and occupier acquisitions and disposals. He is experienced in handling multi-jurisdictional transactions and large projects (to £950M) related to Motorway Service and petrol forecourt portfolios, large sheds, logistic facilities and retail parks for UK and offshore private funds, institutional investors, and industry-leading clients.
He also specializes in Head Office acquisitions and disposals.
