Position
Kieran is a Partner at Howard Kennedy. He is a leading capital markets lawyer, acting for both issuers and corporate advisers on a range of corporate transactions on London's capital markets.
Kieran's practice is focussed on London's equity and capital markets, acting for both UK and international main market and AIM-listed companies and their advisers. Kieran has a particular focus on technology, energy and natural resources sectors as well as Africa and North America.
In addition, Kieran also advises on listed debt financings as well as public takeover and private M&A transactions.
