Jarosław Sroka is partner in BSJP, who specializes in advisory rendered to domestic and foreign enterprises in respect of infrastructure facilities (FIDIC and non-FIDIC contracts), with particular emphasis on public procurement law and construction law. He possesses vast experience in handling transactions connected with real property acquisition, sale and lease, to include as well the so-called greenfield investments. He is with the BSJP team since 2011 and leads the public procurement department.

Jarosław is Vice-President of the Infrastructure Industry Employers' Union by the Polish Confederation Lewiatan, founding member of the Public Procurement Law Association and a member of the Regional Council of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University, he studied law at Eberhard Karls- Universität in Tübingen (Germany) under a scholarship.
