She defended her Ph. D. thesis on control take-overs in capital companies in 2006 at the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw. In 1997-2006 she was a university teacher in the Chair of Commercial Law of the Department of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University. She was also granted a diploma from DESS L’Ecole du Droit Français et Européen de la filiale de l’Université de Poitiers, where, for many years, she was a lecturer on the subject of legal structures and M&A. She completed two seminars on comparative law at the Association du Droit Comparé at the University in Strasburg.
