In her practice, Dr. Andrea Tiedemann focuses on international estate law and succession, as well as on international litigation and arbitration.

Dr. Andrea Tiedemann has more than 25 years of experience in international business and corporate law as well as in estate law and succession planning (both in transactions and in litigation/arbitration), 10 years of which she gained with a major international law firm in Frankfurt/Main. Her special focus has been on Private International Law since the beginning of her legal career with the Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and Private International Law in Hamburg (1985-1988). Apart from her litigation/arbitration practice, she is the head of the International Estate Law & Succession team and of the Spanish/Latin American Desk. She advises not only pre death in asset and succession planning (including business succession) as well as in foundation matters, but also after death in complex probate cases including legitimate share issues.
