Duarte Ornelas Monteiro is an associate partner and head of the Private Clients team at RFF Lawyers which he joined in 2019. He’s a specialized lawyer in Private Clients for the last 15 years. He’s a senior lawyer very experienced in working with high network individuals both in immigration and tax and has assisted clients in their relocation process to Portugal from various jurisdictions (EUA, UK, Brazil, Russia, China, Middle East, among others) - the combination of knowledge in both areas has proven to be an innovative and very successful approach.

Duarte is also the author or co-author in numerous peer reviewed articles regarding taxation and immigration in Portugal.
