Mirzaaziz Ruziev has joined PraeLegal Uzbekistan as a partner in 2022.

Prior to joining PraeLegal Uzbekistan, Mirzaaziz has held positions of head of legal departments at Uzbek-Korean Development Bank, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Republican Road Fun under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as being engaged at various leading positions in the top-tier legal firms of Uzbekistan.

He has extensive experience advising local and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, investments, legal due diligences, employment, lending, public debt, equity issuances and other finance and corporate matters in Uzbekistan. His services were acclaimed by multinational agencies and companies like IFC, EBRD, ADB, Morgan Stanley, Coca-Cola and others. His experience also includes extensive cooperation with internationally acclaimed legal advisors in implementation of large projects in Uzbekistan.

Given his professional background and experience, Mirzaaziz is a valuable member of our team of professionals, as he has knowledge and understanding of the needs, requirements and quality standards of the foreign and international clients and their international advisors.
