Regional Partner

Sherzod Abdulkasimov is a regional partner of PraeLegal International. His total work experience as a lawyer and business consultant is over 15 years. Sherzod Abdulkasimov's career in the field of jurisprudence began in 2003 at the Commercial Court of Tashkent, where he had the opportunity to gain extensive and valuable experience in procedural processes. Further, for more than five years he worked in the Department of legal expertise and legal support for entrepreneurs at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he gained experience in the field of the legal protection of entrepreneurs and legislative drafting.

In 2008, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with Sherzod Abdulkasimov, published the book "State Inspection from A to Z", as he is an expert in all types of state inspections.

Today, Sherzod Abdulkasimov is a member of the advisory committee of PraeLegal International (since 2013), and recently he was appointed as a Supervising Partner for the development of PraeLegal in Mongolia and CIS states.

It is noteworthy to mention, he is an acting judge of the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC) and arbitration court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the city of Tashkent and a judge at the arbitration court of the Information and Consulting Center of the city of Tashkent.

He was awarded the badge "O`zbekiston Belgisi" in 2008.
