Founding Partner

Irina Kim is a Founding Partner and an experienced lawyer at
PraeLegal Uzbekistan. Since 2009, Irina Kim has been managing
corporate clients from Uzbekistan and across the Globe, as an
expert in Corporate Law, M&A and International Law.
She gained experience in corporate and international affairs,
working at KDB Uzbekistan, as well as at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Irina Kim also has deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical law and
industry in Uzbekistan and has extensive practical experience in
this industry. She represents major pharmaceutical companies in
the region.
As a leading legal expert in corporate affairs, Irina Kim has
supervised several investment projects and the launch of industrial
companies as an accompanying lawyer.
She has also successfully managed several IPOs, major mergers
and acquisitions involving international corporations, as well as full
legal support for these companies.
Also, she has tracked experience in legislative drafting.
