He practised for a number of years at the law firm of Professors Mario Bussoletti and Antonio Nuzzo, and subsequently at a number of other leading firms. His practice is mainly in the area of corporate law, with a specific focus on mergers & acquisitions and joint venture transactions. He also has significant experience of contentious proceedings (both litigation and arbitration) in relation to disputes involving contracts, corporate law and bankruptcy.  He joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2018.

He was admitted to practice in 2008 and to plead before Italian supreme court in 2020.

Pietro Masi graduated in law from the University of Rome Tre with a corporate law dissertation on “The recording of leasing contracts in financial statements”.
