Massimo has significant experience in various areas of banking and financial law, including the launch of new products and services, and their adaptation to sector regulations, the establishment of banks and investment funds, the management of situations of crisis in mutual funds, the banking and financial law profiles of M&A transactions, cross-border operations, as well as transactions permitted by the reserves of assets, in addition to cross-selling agreements between distribution networks. Prior to joining Orsingher Ortu Avvocati Associati, he worked in the boutique law firm led by Professor Francesco Galgano and at a leading Italian multi-practice law firm.
