Following graduation he practised at Legance – Avvocati Associati, then moved in 2017 to Giovanardi Pototschnig & Associati. Riccardo joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in September 2020. Ricccardo’s practice covers a broad range of litigation arising from civil, commercial, corporate and finance matters and commercial contracts. In the context of contentious and arbitration proceedings, he assists primary national and international corporates and financial institutions, as well as companies operating in tender, media, telecommunication and energy sectors. He also deals with insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
