Kasper Skadhauge Troelsen is specialised in real estate. He advises Danish and international companies and associations on all aspects of real estate, including the purchase and sale of properties and property companies, commercial and residential tenancy law, construction law, property development, compulsory sales and liquidations. Further, Kasper Skadhauge Troelsen has solid experience in dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, Kasper Skadhauge Troelsen has participated in some of the largest transactions in Danish history, and he has considerable experience with PPP projects. He has previously been employed by a major owner of shopping centres and thus possesses extensive retail knowledge regarding purchase, sale, and operation of these.

In addition, Kasper Skadhauge Troelsen advises on general commercial law matters.
