Peter Skau-Andersen specialises in corporate and commercial law. He advises primarily on M&A transactions and their individual elements, including structured processes, strategy and preparation of a business for sale, integration of acquisitions into an organisation, etc. Peter has extensive experience with real estate transactions.

Peter Skau-Andersen has the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and he also assists a large number of companies with dispute resolution, organisation, commercial contracts, etc.

Peter Skau-Andersen has great insight into companies’ business activities and their commercial conditions, and he holds directorships in a number of companies. He also taught the law of property and obligations at the University of Copenhagen.
