Adv. Benjamin Ben Zimra is a Senior partner at the firm and co-manages with Adv. Dudi Berland the non-Israeli foreign offering department at the firm. Adv. Benjamin Ben Zimra joined the firm in 2014 right after his internship and was appointed as a partner in 2019. His practice areas are securities law and corporate law. He represents public companies that are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in public and private offerings, and provides ongoing legal advice and assistance to public corporations in a gamut of issues in corporate law and securities law.
