Position

Paula is the Head of our Commercial Services team and an experienced commercial contracts specialist with particular expertise in advising on complex service and technology projects. Paula also has a leading role in our Technology and Innovation sector group. She has a wealth of experience of commercial trading arrangements across a broad range of sectors.

Paula’s experience includes: advising manufacturers of goods and suppliers of services in industries from manufacturing to high tech; advising on major government contracts for the procurement of technology solutions, including in particular the health care sector; and advising supply chain businesses on a wide range of commercial trading arrangements as well as contractual joint ventures.

Paula is recognised as a ‘leading individual’ in Legal 500 (2021) and is noted to be ‘calm and considerate with a brilliant eye for drafting’.
