Jasmine is highly regarded as a specialist in residential development and acts for a number of regional and national housebuilders and landowners. Jasmine’s clients value her proactive and commercial approach to all transactions, her collaborative nature and her sharp eye for detail. She embraces the challenges that come with complex land transactions and is dedicated to finding practical solutions to achieve the desired outcome for her clients. Jasmine enjoys all aspects of development projects, providing sound and invaluable advice from the infancy of those projects to the end. Jasmine manages the Firm’s Leicester office plot sales offering for our developer clients, and prides herself and her team on applying their commercial approach and making the disposal process seamless for the client.

Jasmine’s extensive experience includes option, promotion and hybrid option/promotion agreements, pre-emptions, overage deeds, site acquisitions and disposals (whether unconditional or conditional, or with or without the benefit of a planning permission), collaboration and joint venture agreements, build and development agreements and social housing disposals. Jasmine also acts of number of large landowner clients, advising them on a wide array of matters from development, estate leases and other landlord and tenant matters, renewable energy option agreements and leases and disposals.
