Position

Jonathan is a specialist social housing solicitor who works with housing associations, local authorities and private house-builders on all aspects of non-contentious social housing. Jonathan is a key player in the sector, particularly within East Anglia, and is known for his clear, jargon-free legal advice. Jonathan has a keen interest in the development of new social housing and advises clients on affordable housing planning obligations including negotiating and varying section 106 affordable housing provisions. He also has extensive experience purchasing and selling section 106 allocated affordable housing, and negotiating options, conditional contracts and development agreements.
