Position

Geraint heads up Howes Percival’s Litigation and Insolvency practice group and has over twenty years' experience in dealing with high-value commercial and property litigation disputes.

He acts on behalf of a wide range of commercial clients, ranging from major PLCs to owner managed businesses. He regularly deals with complex High Court and cross border litigation as well as helping clients to resolve problems by alternative dispute resolution including mediation. His caseload includes helping clients to bring and defend contractual and tortious claims and advising in relation to corporate and partnership disputes. He is also experienced in dealing with property disputes and has acted for HMRC in relation to complex civil fraud claims.

Geraint moved from a London firm to join Howes Percival in 1996. Since then, he has helped to develop a large and experienced litigation team across the firm, becoming the litigation practice group leader in 2012. He has been a member of Howes Percival’s board since 2014 and became the firm’s Chairperson in 2020.

Geraint is recognised by the Legal 500 as a leading individual in commercial litigation.
