Position

Morris joined Howes Percival in 1999 after having previously acted for directors in respect of both civil and criminal proceedings and also for insolvency practitioners on civil recovery actions. Morris has acted for the Insolvency Service for over 20 years and been the client partner since 2008 overseeing disqualification, investigation and public interest winding up work. Morris is an Advisory Editor to Mithani: Directors Disqualification, a member of the R3 Eastern Region Committee and leads a team described by Chambers as “incredibly effective in directors’ disqualification matters”.
