İnanç Akalın is a senior partner in Boden Law. He has broad experience in many aspects of real estate law.
Career
Working formerly for major Turkish law offices for over 17 years; Akalın has gained significant experience in real estate law, mining law, zoning law and highway, port and hospital projects, tourism complexes, hotels and various PPP projects; especially in drafting and negotiation of lease agreements, usufruct right agreements and all kinds of construction agreements including but not limited to FIDIC agreements, EPC agreements, royalty agreements. His expertise includes follow-up of required procedures before the public authorities. He also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating port related agreements such as construction and port operation agreements and obtaining construction and operation permits required for construction and operation of a port facility. He represented major international and national construction companies, retail chains and port operators, hotel operators.
He also has significant experience regarding dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and mediation. He represented major international and national clients.
