Ms. Selda Taşyürek Köksal is a counsel in ARIKAN PARTNERS, and she takes part in construction and arbitration matters of the firm’s clients.

Ms. Taşyürek Köksal has been working in the fields of construction and arbitration for more than 10 years and advised clients in these areas of law. She took part in various international arbitration cases before ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC and ISTAC. She also acts as an arbitrator and administrative secretary of the Arbitral Tribunals. Ms. Taşyürek Köksal acted as President of Young Istanbul Arbitration Centre (YISTAC) and has been selected as Rising Star/Next Generation Lawyer by Legal 500 for 5 years in a row.

Ms. Taşyürek Köksal is graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law LL.B and now she is pursuing her LL.M in Kadir Has University where she will be submitting her thesis on “Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods in FIDIC Contracts”.
