Michał has years of experience in real estate law, handling numberless mandates in this sector. He advises on all types of real estate projects from the corporate, transactional and tax perspective.

He works primarily with large developers, focusing on retail and office developments, and guiding clients through all stages of investment processes (incl. due diligence, permits/licenses, financing, leasing and sale).

Michał assists clients in the negotiation and execution of real estate sale agreements, construction works agreements, service agreements (incl. ones with architects and other experts) and infrastructure agreements. He also advises on leasing processes, negotiating and executing major lease agreements for retail and office space.

He boasts a strong track record in financing agreements. He has worked with Buma Group, ECC Group, Echo Investment, Globalworth, Porto Office, Rank Progress, Reino Partners and YIT Development.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw where he also attended a seminar on German and European law offered in cooperation with Rechts- und Staatswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn.
