Backed by more than 13 years of experience, Khaled has extensive knowledge in corporate, commercial, banking and finance fields. As a Senior Associate at Law House, Khaled advises clients on their legal rights and responsibilities in accordance with the laws and regulations for the jurisdictions he mastered. Specifically, Khaled advises on business set-ups and transactions and commercial agreements including M&As, joint ventures, corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate governance, equity financing, transactional lending and commercial advisory work.

Prior to joining Law House, Khaled was a Senior Associate/Head of Corporate Department, at a reputable law firm in Lebanon.
