Senior Legal Consultant

Tamer is an Egyptian qualified lawyer before the cassation and the supreme administrative courts. He holds an overall legal experience of more than 20 years, out of which 8 years in the UAE where he is registered as a legal consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department. Tamer is part of the litigation team at the Abu Dhabi office; yet, he possesses a wide experience before the courts of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah and handles a wide range of cases whether in litigation or arbitration in the areas of construction, real estate development, insurance, banking and finance, investment, corporate and commercial, criminal and personal status and he also provides legal opinions in varies areas of law. Tamer was also part of the defense teams for large scale cases involving multiple legal counsel.

Prior to joining Law House he has worked as an in-house counsel for a UAE entity and as a legal consultant for other law firms in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He also constituted and organized the legal departments for certain companies.

He was appointed as the legal consultant for the Arab Federation for Combating Forgery and Counterfeit from 2014 until 2016. He also worked on draft legislations and executive regulations in Egypt pertaining to Maritime Officers and Engineers Union and Nursing Syndicate in Alexandria.
