Having more than 20 years of experience in working with renowned law firms, banks and international companies in the United Arab Emirates, Dunya has built a prominent practice representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Dunya has considerable experience in the formation of companies, advising on shareholders matters and compliance issues.

Dunya manages complex legal matters in a highly-regulated and sensitive industry; she has an amazing work ethic and sound judgment. She also has extensive experience in drafting legal opinions, various types of commercial and banking related contracts, settlement agreements, negotiating transactional contracts, conducting legal due diligence and advising on a wide range of legal commercial matters.

Prior to joining Law House, Dunya held the position of a Regional Legal Counsel at an international company, handling a wide range of legal matters for different types of businesses in different countries and involving multiple jurisdictions, incorporating companies, providing support for various corporate structure activities and implementing contract risk management policies.

Dunya conducted several analyses and studies relating to criminal and civil matters including Criminal Abstention and Force Majeure. She holds many Certificates of achievement for participating and lecturing in many seminars. Moreover, she is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).
