Barbara's highly regarded Indirect Tax practice is based on over 30 years' industry experience. Barbara's practice includes all areas of Australian State taxes, including stamp duty, payroll tax and land tax, as well as GST, which she has advised on since its introduction in 2000.

Barbara advises on tax issues surrounding asset and business acquisitions and sales, reorganisations and mergers, property investment, infrastructure projects and financings. She is highly experienced advising on the implications of Australian indirect tax legislation, including GST, across a broad range of transactions, and assisting clients on disputes with revenue authorities.

Barbara has a reputation for working closely across client and adviser teams to carefully identify and manage issues as they arise.
