Dr. Ingmar Etzersdorfer has worked in renowned Viennese commercial law firms since 2000, as an attorney since 2010, and specialises in tenancy, housing and real estate law, including condominium law (Wohnungseigentumsrecht, WEG) and non-profit housing law (Wohnungsgemeinnützigkeitsrecht, WGG). He has several years of national and international experience in his area of expertise, including the drafting of purchase and lease agreements, development and the management of real estate in Germany, Hungary, Poland and Switzerland. He provides ongoing and comprehensive advice to real estate companies, developers, local authorities and non-profit building associations and is regularly commissioned to prepare expert reports and expert opinions in all areas of tenancy, housing and property law, including WEG and WGG.

Dr. Ingmar Etzersdorfer is co-author of the supplementary volume 2016 Wohnungsgemeinnützigkeitsrecht and, since the 23rd edition, a major co-author of the Kurzkommentar Miet- und Wohnrecht (“Würth/Zingher/Kovanyi/Etzersdorfer”), a permanent contributor to wohnrechtliche blätter (wobl) and regularly publishes articles and contributions in the field of tenancy and housing law. He also gives lectures and seminars.
