Prosecution and Litigation

İnci Asena Suvar, an attorney-at-law, contributes to both prosecution and litigation departments of OFO VENTURA. She provides portfolio management and strategic advice on IP rights to the clients in many different sectors. In addition to filing and securing the clients' IP rights before the Turkish PTO, she appears before that body in opposition and appeal matters.

She handles enforcement matters as an experienced litigator in civil and criminal proceedings. She is experienced in registering “com.tr” extension domain names and the renewal of registered domain names as well as taking action against third party domain name registrations. She possesses a certification as a sworn translator. 

İnci is a graduate of Bahçeşehir University Law School in 2010. After graduating from the law school, she studied “Business and Legal English” in the United Kingdom.
