Nicolas Partouche joined the Paris Bar in 2001 and started his career with Jeantet, in Paris and New York, and was elected to the partnership in 2011. He joined Dethomas Peltier Juvigny & Associés in 2018.

Nicolas Partouche is renowned for his practice in Mergers & Acquisitions - Corporate-Finance and in Restructuring - Insolvency. He is a member if INSOL (International and Europe) and of the ARE (the main turnover association in France).

Described as “brilliant” by Legal 500, his approach in cases includes a strong personal commitment to the client, high listening skills and a capacity to adapt to various situations.

Nicolas teaches on a regular basis at Universities and top Business Schools.
