Competition / Distribution

• Frédéric’s practice covers the different aeras of competition law (i.e., merger control and antitrust) and distribution law (structuring of distribution networks, negotiation of commercial agreements, restrictive trade practices).
• Before joining the firm in January 2025, Frédéric was a partner at Ayache, where he created and headed the competition-distribution practice for more than eight years. Before then, Frédéric worked in the competition practices of Anglo-Saxon law firms, before founding Fuchs Cohana Reboul & Associés, where he practiced for ten years.

Frédéric was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000 and holds a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in European Community Law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg.
