Andrew is an experienced high-level advocate who specialises in complex crime, complex murders, high-value fraud, conspiracy to defraud and mental health. He has carried out business defence and prosecution work for a wide range of companies and organisations as well as representing individuals in challenging criminal and mental health matters. Andrew holds Higher Rights of Audience in both criminal and civil courts and was admitted to the Bar in 2009 as a member of Gray’s Inn. He regularly advises and represents individuals who are charged with motoring offences. He and the team have an excellent track record of saving driving licences even where a client has reached the maximum number of points. Naina joined Hunt & Coombs Solicitors in 2014 as a director and head of the personal injury/commercial litigation team. This resulted from the merger with Balfour Law Limited, a successful niche litigation practice which Naina set up in 2007, where she practiced as managing director. Since qualifying in 1989, Naina has worked exclusively in civil litigation with a strong bias in personal injury.
