Head of commercial litigation department and also head of the insolvency unit, Graham is widely recognised as one of the East Midlands’ leading insolvency lawyers with over 26 years’ experience in this field. Graham frequently represents a wide portfolio of insolvency practitioner clients acting regularly for many of the larger firms of accountants as well as the quality smaller firms. Graham’s commercial litigation experience is vast, including representing clients all the way up to the Court of Appeal.
