Position
Nick Benton is a Senior Associate based in the Leicester office specialising in employment law. Nick has particular experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal litigation including complex claims involving allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing. Nick conducts his own advocacy where required.
Nick also has experience in advising on the implications of TUPE on commercial contracts and senior employee exits, providing timely, pragmatic and commercial advice.
