Position

Luke advises clients on a variety of matters, including acquisition and disposal, portfolio management and development. Luke’s clients range from high net worth individuals and SMEs to large corporate organisations and institutional investors.

Luke is a specialist in real estate finance and advises both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of investment and development debt finance across all asset classes, including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, student accommodation, hotels and care homes.

Luke has a strong reputation amongst his clients for transaction management and in particular for responding promptly to any issues that arise and providing pragmatic, commercial, client-focused advice.

Career

Luke qualified at DWF LLP in 2007, where he spent over ten years, becoming partner in 2017. Luke joined Freeths LLP as a founding partner of the Liverpool office in April 2018.
