Real Estate

Helen deals with a variety of Real Estate matters including Landlord and Tenant and property sales and disposals. She has a particular interest in property finance. Helen deals with a range of property management matters including, assignments of leases, sublettings and licences to alter.

Helen also acts for a range of clients from banks, pension funds and companies to small charities and individual commercial property owners. She assists her corporate colleagues in transactions where a property element is involved. Helen is based at our Derby office.
