Nadia is a Counsel at Matouk Bassiouny. She has worked on several projects finance deals, banking, due diligence, and general corporate and commercial matters. Further, she worked on multiple matters in connection with companies’ laws relating to their establishment, function, and operation.
Nadia’s Practice focuses on; banking, energy, project finance & mining, the establishment of corporate entities, giving advice on daily matters, organizing and drafting the minutes of meetings, and drafting various contracts depending on the needs of the clients.
