We are pleased to announce that Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH”) acted as the lead legal counsel to Al Mansour Automotive Group(“Al Mansour Automotive”) in connection with the signing of two significant agreements to establish a new state-of-the-art automotive manufacturing facility in the New October City Industrial Zone. The plant will focus on manufacturing and assembling various types of transportation, including MG-branded vehicles.

The transaction includes an agreement with the General Authority for Land and Dry Ports, as well as a technical licensing agreement with SAIC Motor International, China’s leading automotive company and manufacturer of MG-branded vehicles.
