Vito Michele Pavese is an attorney at law who advices clients on privacy and data protection, ICT matters and commercial contracts.

He offered assistance to Italian companies in the People’s Republic of China, with particular reference to the protection of intellectual property rights.

He speaks fluent Italian and English, and has a good knowledge of Mandarin Chine

He graduated in Law at LUMSA University of Rome in 2008. In 2014 he received a Master’s in Law from the University of California – Berkeley School of Law, specializing in Law and Technology. He was Research Assistant in the academic year 2014/15 at Berkeley in International Business Transactions, Contract Drafting and Contracts (1L) classes.
