Raffaella Cesareo is an experienced attorney specializing in privacy, personal data protection, ICT contract law, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). As a qualified Europrivacy Auditor and Data Protection Officer (DPO), she brings a comprehensive understanding of privacy regulations and compliance, supporting organizations in implementing robust data protection programs and privacy training initiatives.

Before joining ICT Legal Consulting, Raffaella worked with international law firms both in Italy and abroad, providing expert legal counsel on corporate internationalization and contract law. Her career also includes significant roles with international non-governmental organizations in Italy and Belgium, where she served as a policy advisor and analyst. In these positions, she focused on public development aid policies, sustainable development, and EU public funding and contracts. Additionally, she has shared her expertise as a guest lecturer on public procurement at the MIB of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
